The service

Core Meetings records or accepts audio, transcribes it, produces notes from the transcript, and delivers documents to people you name. It is provided by IT Healthcare Consulting.

Your account

You are responsible for who you invite into your organization and for what they do with it. Sign-in links are personal — passing one on hands over your account. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been reached by someone who should not have it.

What you record

You must have the right to record every conversation you bring here, and to share what comes out of it. Telling participants that they are being recorded, and obtaining whatever consent applies where you are, is your responsibility and not something the product can do for you.

What the notes are

Transcription and analysis are produced by machine. They are usually good and they are never guaranteed: names can be misheard, meaning can be missed, and a flagged line may be innocent. Each point in the notes links to the transcript lines it came from precisely so that a person can check it. Do not rely on them for anything consequential without reading the transcript.

Usage and billing

Plans set how many meetings and how many minutes of transcription an organization may use in a period. When a limit is reached, new work is refused until the period rolls over or the plan changes. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider; usage already recorded is not refunded when a plan is cancelled mid-period.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be closed; we will remove what belongs to it. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully, or that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, IT Healthcare Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
